Selected after a 20-minute demo
Indira Group of Institutes selected Bazaar with 30 faculty in the room, no pilot, and all 9 stages in scope for every BBA and MBA batch across 11 campuses.
THE 9-STAGE JOURNEY
Students progress through three phases, each building on the last.
THE ENGINE
The simulation only works because three systems are always running: a shared clock that cannot be paused, a currency that can run out, and a real data market that responds to what students do.
Every student in the realm shares one calendar. Each tick advances the date, fires market events, and opens the next stage window. Faculty set the tick rate. Students cannot pause it. Missing a deadline costs HR and leaves the stage in a Revision Needed state.
Capital is finite. HSE data pulls cost HR 50 per query. Consumer tests cost HR 200 per job. Each fine-tuning cycle costs HR 100. A trade licence costs HR 500. The daily stipend is HR 200. The only way to earn beyond stipend is to win marketplace contracts.
Over 400 real historical companies across 12 sectors, each with five years of price data, fundamentals, and quarterly news. Students screen by P/E, revenue growth, and sector. A teardown is a required Stage 2 artefact. At Stage 6, approved startups list their own ticker here for peers to buy.
FACULTY
The faculty dashboard shows the whole class in one view: who is where, what is flagged, what is late, and what grade each student is heading for. No spreadsheets, no email threads.
The LLM reads every submission against the configured rubric and returns a score, a risk flag, and a one-paragraph rationale. Faculty see the flag and the reasoning, then click Approve, Override, or Send Back. Average review time: under 90 seconds per student.
Compose once, push to every student in the realm. The message appears on each student's home screen with a sim-date timestamp. Students cannot dismiss it for 24 sim-hours. Useful for deadline reminders, market alerts, and rule changes mid-semester.
Grades compute automatically from rubric scores across all stages. Faculty see the breakdown per stage, an appeal history if the student submitted one, and a log of any prior override. Export a CSV or push to the institution's LMS in one click. No manual reconciliation.
When a Stage 6 startup hits the revenue milestone and files an application, it lands in a separate IPO queue. Faculty check the milestone checklist and approve or reject. Approved startups get a live ticker on the HSE that every student in the realm can buy into.
THE MARKETPLACE
Every student is simultaneously a founder and a freelancer. Your peers are your suppliers, your testers, your accountant, and your competition. The only currency that changes hands is HR.
Post a prototype, landing page, or question set. Peers accept for HR 40 per task. Results feed into the founder's Stage 4 artefact automatically. You cannot self-report results.
Every trade licence at Stage 6 requires a Certified Accountant sign-off. Founders post a hire. Only peers who completed the CA certification track can bid. No credential, no bid.
Post a brief for a logo, packaging design, or pitch deck visuals with a budget in HR. Designers place bids. Escrow holds the fee. HR releases to the designer only after the founder confirms delivery.
Trade licence applications are reviewed for completeness by peers who hold the Legal Specialist credential. An incomplete application comes back as a revision request with a written note.
STAGE 8: SKILL MASTERY
Students who complete certification tracks graduate with verifiable credentials tied to real LMS completion.
INSTITUTIONS
Indira Group of Institutes selected Bazaar with 30 faculty in the room, no pilot, and all 9 stages in scope for every BBA and MBA batch across 11 campuses.
Each batch runs in an isolated realm with its own sim clock and rubric. An Institute Head logs in once and sees stage distribution, HR balances, review queue depth, and IPO count across every campus in real time.
Employment (jobs marketplace), Learning (stage rubrics), Research (HSE teardowns), Industry (historical market data), Reputation (IPO applications), Community (peer contracting). Every auditor question answered by a timestamped Bazaar export.
Moodle, Canvas, Blackboard, and Brightspace. Rosters sync every 24 hours. Grades push to the gradebook on faculty sign-off. No CSV import, no manual reconciliation, no second login for students.
